Terms & Conditions When placing an order with Cloud Nine Celebrations, it is believed that you have read, understood and accept our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter, delete or review any of the following terms and conditions and to do so without prior consultation or notice. · Please allow as much notice as possible for your orders. · All final balances must be paid at least one week before collection or delivery (one month for wedding cakes).

We require
a £50 deposit on placement of each wedding cake order and £20 for all
other orders.
·
All
deposits are non refundable. We may however decide to allow the paid
amount to be set against another purchase. This action is at the
discretion of Cloud Nine Celebrations depending on the situation and how
much has been spent on servicing the original order.
·
Delivery
charges may vary depending on distance. There is an additional £10
surcharge for Sunday deliveries. We have an all day delivery policy and
specific times can never be guaranteed, we can only give a guide time.
Our guarantee is to have your order delivered before your event
commences and, of course, we prefer to leave plenty of time. We hope to
deliver at least a couple of hours early but sometimes circumstances
beyond our control mean that we have to take advantage of that 2 hour
window. If you have specific delivery times and absolutely need a
guaranteed time then collection is probably the best option.

Delivery
of balloons and banners does not necessarily include set-up at the venue
however we do prefer to do this if it is possible and if there is no one
else to do it – it’s just not guaranteed.
·
Once the
goods have been delivered or collected we cannot be responsible for any
damages caused after that. We will of course endeavour to resolve the
situation as a good will gesture but this is at the discretion of the
staff. Balloons and cakes are very delicate products and we expect the
customer to take the same care as we do. Balloons often have a mind of
their own and sometimes by their very nature, they burst and accidents
can happen to anyone. Again, quite often we will try to replace the
damages as a goodwill gesture – it’s just not guaranteed.

Our cakes
may contain nuts or traces of nuts.
·
Due to
having to acquire certain components for our wedding cakes and order
these months in advance it is necessary to implement the following
conditions when a wedding cake order is cancelled.
·
90 days
from your wedding date - 100 % of the total cost will be payable unless
we can fill the date.
·
Our cake
stands are available for a small charge and are subject to a refundable
deposit Our stands and bases are used by customers and should be
returned to us within seven days of your event date. Should stands or
bases be returned after seven days or if we are required to collect them
ourselves then your deposit will be lost and there will be a further
charge of £20 per week, unless agreed by our staff. Please have some
consideration for other customers and return them promptly.

Equally
the above charges also apply if stands or bases are returned with any
damages or signs of carelessness. This means we have to pay for a brand
new one in order that our next customer receives good service.
·
We reserve
the right to seek compensation for stands and bases not returned or
damaged and to recover costs for replacements.
·
We will
try our very best to supply the wedding cake base/stand in the style you
require but on occasion this may not be possible. We will however supply
an adequate replacement.
·
From time
to time certain components for our cakes and wedding cakes will become
unavailable or discontinued. Cloud Nine Celebrations reserves the right
to use a suitable alternative without consultation. Also as our cakes
are all made by hand, made to order and are constantly improving, the
design may vary slightly from any picture shown.
·
If you are
in any way unhappy with your order please let us know within 2 days of
your event as resolution is more difficult after this. Please keep any
proof of your reason for disappointment so we can asses the situation
fairly.
·
Any cake should be eaten on the day of delivery or
collection although it should last a little longer. · Balloons are only guaranteed to look their best or float for one day.
